gnupg_cleardecryptkeys — Removes all keys which were set for decryption before
Eine von gnupg_init() oder der Klasse gnupg zurückgegebene GnuPG-Ressource.
Gibt bei Erfolg TRUE zurück. Im Fehlerfall wird FALSE zurückgegeben.
