ftp_chdir — Verzeichnis-Wechsel auf einem FTP-Server
Wechselt vom aktuellen Verzeichnis in das angegebene Verzeichnis.
Der Verbindungshandler der FTP-Verbindung.
Das Verzeichnis, in das gewechselt werden soll.
Gibt bei Erfolg TRUE zurück. Im Fehlerfall wird FALSE zurückgegeben. Wenn der Verzeichnis-Wechsel fehlschlägt, wird eine PHP-Warnung ausgegeben.

Works like the other functions in this page's notes, but this one doesn't make use of a global FTP connection, so it takes parameters like the other functions in the extension
